We develop complex legal structures related to banking and financial deals and we draft all the contractual documentation, providing the Client with the relevant advice. We provide assistance in the acquisition of non-performing loan portfolios through the drafting and negotiation of transfer contracts. We work closely to our Clients to develop a business strategy to accrue the value to the loan portfolio through debt recovery, in and out of Court.
